Mechanical Assembler -- Experienced mechanic needed to assemble parts to military specifications. Must be able to read and interpret detailed drawings. Own hand tools required. | Machinist -- Versatile machinist required who is skilled in the operation of conventional and/or CNC milling machines & lathes to manufacture close tolerance machine parts. Must be able to interpret complex engineering drawings. Own tools required. Full time position with excellent long term prospects. Minimum of 2 years experience. | Inspector (Machine Shop) -- Applicant must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. Must be proficient in the use of conventional inspection equipment as well as coordinate measurement machines. Familiarity with DOD specs a plus. Full time position with excellent long term prospects.
| Inspection Supervisor -- To supervise the inspection department with overall responsibility for product quality assurance. Must be familiar with mechanical inspection techniques and must be proficient in the use of conventional inspection equipment as well as coordinate measurement machines. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and implementing contract quality requirements, managing quality assurance plans and procedures, managing the test and inspection instrument calibration and certification program, reviewing and approving customer quality data packages, and coordinating all interface with our DCMA QAR and other customer quality representatives. Must have good organizational ability and good written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with MIL-I-45208 required. Familiarity with DOD specs and ISO 9002 a plus. | Machinist- CNC -- Must be skilled in the set-up, programming & operation of CNC lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to manufacture close tolerance machine parts for the DOD. Many short run interesting projects. Must be able to read & interpret detailed engineering drawings. Full time position with excellent long term prospects.
| Project Manager -- Mechanical Engineer required to manage DOD projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include estimating, purchasing, customer interface, contract administration, scheduling, internal coordination, configuration management and more. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with DOD specs a plus.
