Scandia assembles and tests numerous types of highly complex Military equipment on a daily basis. Typical assemblies are SUBSAFE Hull Penetrators, valves, hydraulic cylinders, antenna and periscope mast fairings, leak detectors, and gear operators.

Many of the systems that we assemble require individual fit-up of component parts to give the desired assembled clearances. We frequently use our 20' long surface plate and optical alignment equipment to position and assemble components into large parts such as submarine mast fairings.
