Welding

Scandia has two welders qualified in accordance with MIL-STD-248D to use the approved procedures listed below. They have many years of experience in welding complex parts made from unusual alloys and as such know how to deal with the associated shrinkage and distortion issues often arise.

It should be noted that of our weld procedures have been qualified to the highly stringent requirements of Seawolf Class Project Peculiar Document No. 802-6335695 (Welding and Brazing Procedure and Performance Qualification).
